All packaging is recycled, recyclable and/or compostable.

Processing Times

I do my best to get orders out by the next business day, but please allow up to three business days for processing.

Shipping Times

I currently only ship within Australia. Shipping times will be calculated at checkout. You can also use the link below to estimate your delivery. Please apply post code 2009 as the pickup location.

Returns

I want you to love your handmade jewellery as much as I love making them for you. Because of this, I will offer refunds and exchanges where necessary (see terms below). All of my items are hand made and there is a good chance I will need to alter or scrap returned items for hygiene reasons. So please make sure to read the descriptions of each item before purchasing. If you still need to refund or to exchange your purchase, please contact me via email, with your reason, within 15 days and we can organise a solution. Please note, any refunds will have the original cost of shipping deducted and will not cover the return shipping cost.

Terms for refunds and exchanges

Faults: Each and every piece is checked for faults throughout the making process and then again as they are packed for delivery. If you receive an item which you believe to be faulty, contact me via email within 15 days with images of the fault. We can then discuss whether a repair, exchange or refund is appropriate.

Refunds: Full refunds will only be offered due to faults. Please read all product descriptions before purchasing.

Exchanges: Exchanges will be offered for faults or change of mind, although the return shipping and the cost of shipping the new product are not included.

Repairs: In the case of damage during transit we may be able to repair your item. Please contact me immediately with images so we can find a suitable solution.
