Dark Crescent Moons

These dark moons are made by fusing 925 sterling silver to the surface of copper sheet. The molten silver follows the heat of the flame, building upon itself to create irreplicable patterns which resemble the the surface of the moon. The piece is then oxidised to darken the copper and lightly polished to highlight the patterns.
